FST 208 - Fire Alarm Systems II

(3 credits) Teaches advanced design and installation methods of fire alarm equipment and devices and the requirements of codes and standards that govern fire alarm systems and installations including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 70), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 72), the National Fire Alarm Code, and the National Electric Code (NEC).

Prerequisite(s): FST 207  

Lecture: 3 hours per week
