Early Childhood Development Assistant (632) Certificate

Purpose: The program is designed to prepare persons as early childhood teacher assistants and to upgrade the skills of those presently serving in that capacity. Specifically, the objectives of the program are to prepare persons as teacher assistants in childcare and preschool centers, or as family childcare providers.

Program or Graduation Requirements: A coordinated internship is required of all majors in order to provide supervised field experience.
