Purpose: This certificate is intended to provide a body of knowledge and robust skill set to distinguish candidates for entry-level and mid-level management positions.

Educational or Occupational Objectives: Students acquire knowledge and skills needed to balance task objectives and human relations and can apply them to achieve organizational outcomes. Problem solving, collaboration, an effective communication are emphasized.

Possibilities: This certificate is a great compliment to the Business Principles certificate. Students develop specific and valuable skills needed to manage people and tasks.

Admission Requirements: Departmental approval is required prior to entry into this program.
