The Public Safety Telecommunicator Career Studies Certificate prepares students for employment as confident and competent dispatchers in law enforcement, and/or fire and emergency medical services telecommunications centers.

This program is designed to prepare graduates for industry certification and immediate career mobility into entry level emergency telecommunicator positions.
