Critical Care Education (221-146-10) Career Studies Certificate

Purpose: Thomas Nelson Community College’s Critical Care Education (CCE) Career Studies Certificate prepares students to deliver high quality, confident and competent advanced critical care when moving patients from one health care facility to another via ground or air ambulance or when responding directly to the scene of a medical or trauma incident. Students in this program learn from experienced critical care providers who will provide instruction regarding how to perform patient assessments and the provision of invasive out-of-hospital care.
