EGR 218 - Introduction to Modeling and Simulation

(3 credits) Introduces basic concepts in modeling, simulation, and visualization. Includes applications in various phases of product creation and development; use of software and hardware interfaces to improve use and understanding of simulations; and current topics and future directions in modeling, simulation, and visualization.

Prerequisite(s): EGR 126  or CSC 201 . Corequisite(s): MTH 264  

Lecture: 3 hours per week
