ECO 202 - Principles of Microeconomics (3 credits) Introduces the basic concepts of microeconomics. Explores the free market concepts with coverage of economic models and graphs, scarcity and choices, supply and demand, elasticities, marginal benefits and costs, profits, and production and distribution.
Prerequisite(s): ENF 1 or ENF 2 and competency in Math Essentials units 1-5 as demonstrated through the placement and diagnostics tests or equivalent.
Lecture: 3 hours per week
