MEC 220 - Introduction to Polymeric and Composite Materials

(3 credits) Introduces students to polymeric and composite materials. Covers the basic characteristics, properties and uses of polymers, wood and composites. Presents topics in polymeric and composite materials including strength of materials, constituents, material properties, and fabrication. Additional course fee applies.
