PHT 102 - Photography II ♦ (3 credits) Teaches principles of photography and fundamental camera techniques. Requires outside shooting and lab work. Introduces principles of photography with outside shooting assignments related to lecture topics. The student needs a camera with an adjustable lens, adjustable shutter speeds, and either a built-in exposure meter or a hand-held meter. Photography students are required to purchase certain basic equipment and materials necessary to achieve professionally-oriented objectives. Most of the equipment is purchased in the first photography class and can be used throughout the two-year program. Each instructor will review expenses during the first class meeting.
Prerequisite(s): PHT 164 .
