GEO 210 - People and the Land: An Introduction to Cultural Geography (3 credits) Focuses on the relationship between culture and geography. Presents a survey of modem demographics, landscape modification, material and non-material culture, language, race and ethnicity, religion, politics, and economic activities. Introduces the student to types and uses of maps.
Prerequisite(s): Student must be eligible for ENG 111 or ENG 111 /EDE 11
Lecture: 3 hours per week
