MTH 163 - Precalculus I ♦

(3 credits) Students are required to have a graphing calculator for this course. The TI-83 Plus or TI-84 Plus is recommended. Presents college algebra, matrices, and algebraic, exponential, and logarithmic functions.

Prerequisite(s): Qualifying Placement Test score, MTE 1-9 or equivalent.

Credit Awarded: (Credit will not be awarded for both MTH 163 and MTH 166.) Lecture: 3 hours per week
