GEO 210 - People and the Land: An Introduction to Cultural Geography ♦ (3 credits) Focuses on the relationship between culture and geography. Presents a survey of modem demographics, landscape modification, material and non-material culture, language, race and ethnicity, religion, politics, and economic activities. Introduces the student to types and uses of maps.
Prerequisite(s): ENF 1 or ENF 2 as demonstrated through the placement and diagnostics tests or equivalent.
Lecture: 3 hours per week
